This is a consolidated appeal. The State of Missouri, appellant and cross-respondent, appeals from an order granting respondent’s Rule 29.15 motion to vacate judgment and sentence. Appellant asserts the motion court clearly erred in granting relief, after an evidentiary hearing, on movant’s Rule 29.15 motion asserting his claim for ineffective assistance of counsel due to counsel’s failure to object to a portion of the state’s closing argument.
