MEMORANDUM This employment discrimination action involves a dispute between Junior McLeod and his former employer, Pleasants Construction Inc. (“Pleasants”). Mr. McLeod, a Black man from Trinidad and Tobago, alleges Pleasants discriminated against him on the basis of race and ethnicity in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
