MOLLOY, Judge.

In this case, we are required to determine whether the trial judge properly admitted certain evidence under the Uniform Business Records as Evidence Act. 1

Plaintiff, appellant here, seeks damages for wrongful death. Plaintiff’s decedent was killed in a single car accident at the dead-end of a “T” intersection of two public highways in Pinal County which occurred at about 4 o’clock in the morning of February 6, 1965.
