1. The principal issue is whether Kil-coyne’s injury on December 6, 1962, is compensable under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. The single member found that it was, the reviewing board adopted his foldings, and the decree in the Superior Court enforced the award. The compensation awarded because of this injury was for the period from December 6, 1962, to June 4, 1963. Kil-coyne is now deceased and compensation is payable under G. L. c. 152, § 39.
