This case involves the same bill of complaint as is involved in Brinkerhoff v. Huntley, ante, p. 580, and decided at the present term of this court. The opinion filed in that case quite fully sets forth the allegations of said bill, and it is therefore unnecessary to repeat them here. However, we will make such additional statement concerning the allegations as is necessary for a proper understanding of the questions here involved. The appellants in this case are Thomas S. Huntley and James H. Brinkerhoff, legatees and devisees under the Brinkerhoff will of 9/30ths and ll/30ths respectively…
