James C. Thompson appeals his convictions for trafficking in cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Thompson claims the trial court erred (1) in overruling his objection to the admission of the cocaine into evidence because the chain of custody was not established and (2) in allowing the jury to determine the weight and purity of the cocaine because the integrity of the evidence was compromised.
