Plaintiff Bernadette Durham (“Durham”) brings this action pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (“ERISA”), seeking to recover disability, medical, and life insurance benefits allegedly due from employee benefit plans sponsored by her former employer KPMG. Defendant Prudential Insurance Company of America (“Prudential”) is the claims administrator of the disability plan.
