A. Gordon Boone, resident of Baltimore County, brought this suit on February 21, 1946, to obtain an absolute divorce from his wife, Edith Flint Boone, resident of Delaware. The bill of complaint alleged that defendant had committed adultery with William F. Lickle. Defendant did not appear.
