In an action to recover the proceeds of a mortgage insurance policy, the defendant appeals from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Velsor, J.), dated November 20, 1984, which is in favor of the plaintiff and against it in the total sum of $61,093.25, upon a jury verdict, *604and (2) an order of the same court, dated September 28, 1984, which denied its motion, inter alia, to set aside the verdict.
