Currently before the court is plaintiff Dollar Tree Stores, Inc.’s (“Dollar Tree”) motion for an award of attorney’s fees and prejudgment interest. The motion was fully briefed, and after examination of the briefs and the record, the court has determined that oral argument on the instant motion is unnecessary, as the facts and legal arguments are adequately presented, and the decisional process would not be aided significantly by oral argument.
