OPINION
LÓPEZ, Justice.
Our opinion dated November 8, 1995 is withdrawn and the following is issued pursuant to appellant’s motion for rehearing.
M.C., a sixteen year old pregnant juvenile, challenges a trial court order denying her writ of habeas corpus from temporary detention in the Bexar County Juvenile Detention Center. In her habeas writ, M.C. alleged that she should be immediately released because the detention center had not been properly certified in 1994.
