Plaintiff, McLean County Bank, filed a two-count complaint against defendants, seeking to recover on two separate guaranty agreements. In count I, plaintiff sought to recover from Charles E. Brokaw, Sr., on a guaranty agreement for the principal amount of $250,000 which was signed by Charles E. Brokaw, Sr., only.
