This is an action brought by the United States, on its own behalf and on behalf and *58as guardian of the Seneca Nation of Indians, and on behalf of the heirs of George A. Jemison (Jimerson), a deceased member of said Nation, for a judgment declaring void certain taxation by the defendants of lands in the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, directing recovery of certain taxes heretofore paid thereon, and restraining further taxation of said lands.
