Appellant was convicted of manslaughter and Ms punisMnent fixed at fifteen years’ confinement in the state reformatory.
It is first insisted that the verdict is not supported by the evidence.
The facts are these: Appellant and deceased, Sterling Marcum, lived in the same neighborhood, and their relations had always been friendly.
