The Braddock Trust Company failed and on May 25, 1934, the Turtle Creek Bank and Trust Company was appointed by the Orphans’ Court of Allegheny County to take possession of the assets of the various trust estates and to hold the same as bailiff, under the supervision of the Orphans’ Court, until such time as a permanent successor fiduciary should be appointed.
