John Kirby v. Mark Scotton

Mark Scotton and Dawn Scotton appeal from the district court's order denying their motion to set aside an order of default and from the final default judgment. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

On July 8, 2016, John S. Kirby and Vicky L. Kirby filed a complaint against the Scottons asserting claims for trespass, nuisance, negligence, and a request for injunctive relief.
