OPINION

KING, Circuit Judge:

Eric Michael Turner appeals from his convictions and sentence in the Northern District of West Virginia for engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise; intentionally killing an individual while engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise; interstate travel in aid of a racketeering enterprise; and using and carrying a firearm during a crime of violence. 1 These charges arose from Turner’s operation of a multistate drug trafficking organization and the related murder of Jennifer Fol-mar, a crack cocaine user who had purchased drugs from Turner’s organization and…
