This suit was instituted by appellant September 30, 1898, in the District Court of Ochiltree County, to try title and recover of appelle the possession of State school land section 52, block 43, surveyed by the Houston & Texas Central Railway Company, the same being claimed by appellant, Jones, under an award from the ■Commissioner of the General Land Office, as "additional land” to his home section, 192, of the same survey.
