MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Motion of Defendants the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Presbyterian University Hospital, and Niel Wald, M.D., to dismiss the above captioned matter pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b) for lack of in personam jurisdiction, and for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The parties submitted memoranda and supporting affidavits and participated in oral argument before this Court on April 11, 1984.
