Stolz, J, at jury trial and sentencing), rendered December 8, 2010, convicting defendant of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony drug offender previously convicted of a violent felony, to a term of eight years, held in abeyance, and the matter remanded for a hearing on defendant’s motion to suppress identification testimony.
