The plaintiffs in'error, Frank S. Dunshee, John Dunshee and Charles Dunshee, with George W. Dunshee and Edna Dunshee Mann, filed their bill in the circuit court of Carroll county, to the November, 1911, term thereof, against the other legatees and devisees of Robert Dunshee, deceased, asking the court to marshal the assets, real and personal, of the estate of Robert Dunshee in order to reimburse the complainants for losses sustained by the act of Sadie K. Dunshee, the widow of Robert Dunshee, in renouncing the provisions of the will…
