(dissenting). Further consideration of this case on appellee’s motion for rehearing has confirmed me in the views heretofore expressed, and, as the majority of the court has filed an additional opinion, I deem it proper to make some additional observations myself.
As appears from the former opinions,. the controlling question in the case is whether or not the land involved was the separate property of George Stiles, or the community property of himself and his wife.
