MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Appellant/Creditor AutoCenters St. Charles, LLC’s (“AutoCenters”) appeal from a bankruptcy court1 order denying Auto-Center’s Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay or in the Alternative for Abandonment of Property. The appeal has been fully briefed and is ready for disposition.
