Jeanne Greene, petitioner, sought a workmen’s compensation award for the death of her husband. An arbitrator for the Industrial Commission found that the petitioner failed to prove that the injuries sustained by the decedent arose out of the employment. The claim for compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) was denied. The Industrial Commission affirmed the arbitrator’s decision, and the circuit court of Kane County confirmed the decision of the Industrial Commission.
