The defendants were charged by felony complaint with the following crimes: Penal Law § 220.21 (1) (two counts); § 220.18 (1) (two counts); § 220.16 (1) (one count); § 220.16 (12) (two counts); § 220.03 (three counts); § 220.50 (2) (one count); § 220.50 (3) (one count); § 265.03 (2) (one count); and § 265.01 (1) (one count).
