MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

By a letter dated February 27, 2003, the Defendant moved for a protective order precluding the Plaintiff from using two written documents, dated February 19, 2001 and March 23, 2001, respectively, because the Plaintiff failed to disclose these two documents prior to the deposition of one of the Defendant’s representatives.
