Came on to be considered the “Joint Motion to Reconsider Memorandum Opinion And Order Granting Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss” filed by the plaintiff, Mildred Antoine, and defendant, Zapata Haynie Corpo ration on October 4, 1991. All parties appeared through counsel on November 12, 1991, and the court heard oral arguments on this motion to reconsider.
