This is a petition for relief from an assessment made by the assessors of taxes of the City of Providence. Jury trial was waived, and the case was tried October 15, 1913, before a justice of the Superior Court, who denied the prayer of the petition. The petitioner excepted to said decision and afterwards duly took the steps necessary to bring the matter before this court on its bill of exceptions.
