Joshua Price was tried by jury and convicted of Incitement to Riot (21 O.S.1981, § 1320.2) in Muskogee County District Court, Case No. CRF-89-234, before the Honorable Lyle Burris, District Judge. He received an eight year prison sentence. This Court’s Emergency Appellate Division Panel No. 20 (Panel) affirmed Price’s conviction in an October 15, 1993 unpublished opinion.
