delivered the opinion of the court.
The original decree in this cause was before the Supreme Court in Maher v. Aldrich, 205 Ill. 242, to the opinion in which case we refer for all matters involved in the cause antecedent to that landmark in this case. The opinion of the Supreme Court settled the trust question in dispute between the parties and sent the cause back to the trial court for an accounting, to commence with September 24, 1898.
