COX, Judge:

This is another in the steady stream of sexual misconduct cases to come before this Court. Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted (with exceptions) of indecent assault on O, a female petty officer, United States Navy, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934.1 At his court-martial, appellant did not dispute that he touched, fondled, and otherwise violated the victim, as alleged; nor did he contend that Petty Officer O actually consented to the conduct.
