Rebecca Hawkins was indicted, tried and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for mingling poison with *191the food and drink of her husband. From the judgment of the circuit court she appealed to thb- '*r,,irt, and now assigns for error, that there was no issue ji nuse; and the admission of improper evidence
