The defendant, Betty Jane Tidwell, executrix of the estate of W. G. Russell, Deceased, has appealed from a jury verdict and judgment in favor of plaintiff for $25,-000 for property damages suffered in a motor vehicle collision.
The complaint alleged and the uncontro-verted evidence showed that a vehicle oper*550ated by defendant’s testator crossed the center into the left lane of the road and collided head-on with a vehicle owned and operated by plaintiff which was on its own right and proper side of the road.
