After nearly ten year’s of litigation, millions of dollars in attorneys’ fees and numerous court orders including a final order of dismissal earlier this year, this case now boils down to the choice between (1) a settlement which requires CSU to pay $1.4 million over five year's at 8.5% interest and (2) a settlement which requires CSU to pay $1.4 million over two years at 8.5% interest.
