[1] This matter involves an appeal by Julia Acothley, Respondent/Appellant from the entry of a protection order by the Tribal Court in No. 2011-CV-003 on or about November 28, 2011 following a brief hearing. On the eve of argument Julia Acothley filed an Appellate Brief. The Court offered Mr. Honanie time to respond in writing but he declined.
