One World One Family Now, a California nonprofit corporation dedicated to edu-eating the public about spiritual ecology, Bhaktivedanta Mission, Ltd., a Hawaii nonprofit corporation dedicated to the dissemination of its religion, and Gregory Scharf, an individual (collectively “One World”), appeal from a final judgment in favor of the city of Miami Beach, Florida and chief of police Richard Barreto (collectively “the city”).
