No Ka Oi Corporation (NKO) appeals the trial court's rulings on its claim for damages against National 60 Minute Tune, Inc., and its parent corporation, Precision Tune, Inc. NKO contends the trial court erred in dismissing its claim for lost profits and for the value of its contractual franchise rights. NKO also contends the trial court abused its discretion in determining the amount of attorney fees to be awarded.
The defendants cross-appeal from the trial court's award of attorney fees, costs, and exemplary damages under the Consumer Protection Act.
