Defendant-appellant Kevin Eugene Taylor appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a no-contest plea, on one count of attempted aggravated trafficking in drugs, in violation of R.C. 2923.02 and 2925.03(A)(6). Taylor contends that the trial court should have suppressed the results of the search of his person and his residence because there was no probable cause to issue the search warrant and because there were defects in the affidavit supporting the warrant.
