AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION

On November 9, 2007, an involuntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code was filed against Computer World Solution, Inc. (the “Debtor” or the “Plaintiff’) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois by creditors Wells Fargo, Fifth Third Bank, and Yellow Freight, Inc. On November 16, 2007, the Debtor consented to the entry of an order for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
