LaROSE, Judge.
Angels Senior Living at Connerton Court, LLC, and Connerton Court, LLC (Connerton), appeal a nonfinal order denying their motion to compel arbitration. We have jurisdiction. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.130(a)(3)(C)(iv). The case arises from the wrongful death of Mrs. Gundry. We reverse and remand for the trial court to compel arbitration.
Background
