(for reversal). Defendants conduct a new and used-car sales business on property defendants own on tbe north side of 'Mack avenue, in the city of Detroit. An alley lies north of and parallel to Mack avenue and Grayton avenue extends on each side of the alley into Mack avenue. On the west side of Grayton, facing Mack, is defendants’ used-car lot and on the east side of Grayton, facing Mack, is defendants’ service building.
