[ j Defendant, G.W. Morgan Trucking Company, Inc. (Morgan), appeals the judgment of the workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) ordering it to reinstate Plaintiff, Simmon Taylor’s, temporary total disability indemnity benefits retroactively to the *343date of termination and to pay penalties and attorney’s fees. Finding no error in the judgment of the WCJ, we affirm it.
