On the 27th day of July, 1874, Charles Schmidt was appointed by the County Conrt of Bexar County administrator of the estate of John B. Wipff, deceased, and on the 11th day of August, 1874, he filed his petition in said court for an order to sell a piece of land in the city of San Antonio, fronting about 103 feet on Flores Street, which belongs to the estate of his intestate; and on the 25th of November, 1874, the order was granted as prayed for, which authorized him to sell the property at either public or private sale.
