On March 14, 1923, appel-lee filed this suit against J. B. Johnson and wife in the usual form of an action of trespass to try title to lot 11 in block 109 in the city of Abilene.
The defendants answered by a plea off not guilty and the 10 years’ statute of limitation. The plaintiff filed a supplemental petition containing the following allegations: That she is the surviving wife of Louis C. Wise, deceased, and the owner of said property as devisee under his will.
