Plaintiff, Georgia Marguerite Hicks, administratrix of the estate of Dewey Hobson Hicks, deceased, brought this action against the defendant, Ann F. Cassidy, administratrix of the estate of John Wesley Cassidy, deceased, to recover damages for the wrongful death of her husband as a result of an automobile accident. There was a jury trial, and after plaintiff had rested her case the trial court sustained defendant’s motion to strike plaintiff’s evidence and entered final judgment for the defendant. We granted plaintiff a writ of error.
