Weinstein, J.), entered April 2, 2014, which denied claimant David Amacio’s motion for an order approving the settlement of a claim nunc pro tunc under Workers’ Compensation Law § 29 (5), unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs, and the petition granted.
