Kenneth Charron appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of respondent Jeremiah Nixon (hereinafter referred to as “the State”) on Charron's petition for declaratory judgment regarding “good time” credit on his sentences. In four of his six points on appeal, Charron contends that the trial court erred in finding that section 558.041, RSMo 2000, is not unconstitutionally vague.
