Michael Thomas was found guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and use of a firearm in relation to narcotics trafficking in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). Thomas appeals the district court’s 1 refusal to grant his motion for new trial, motion to suppress evidence and motion for judgment of acquittal. We affirm.
