Maurice Rashad Miller (“defendant”) appeals from two 18 December 2007 judgments entered in accordance with jury verdicts finding him guilty of: one count of first degree murder based on the felony murder rule; one count of first degree burglary; and one count of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, specifically with a firearm. All three convictions were based on the theory of acting in concert.
