hThis appeal arises from the appellees’ allegedly fraudulent overcharging of insurance premiums on appellant’s hotel and restaurant property. The appellant filed a supplemental and amended petition alleging the appellees’ overcharging after the trial court granted a motion for summary judgment, which dismissed the appellees. The appellees then filed a peremptory exception of res judicata, which the trial court granted.
